LUIS LEEDS Takes Out Knockhill

Mid-August 2016, Red Bull Junior rising star Luis Leeds took the top spot at Knockhill competition in the F4 British Championship. With this podium finish Luis is on his way to second in the F4 British Championship.

Knockhill is the most northern circuit of the F4 British Champion holding 3 races.
After a successful finish a beaming Leeds: “We’ve had a tough run of things lately, but we’ve worked so hard as a team, but the car feels pretty perfect this weekend. We’re really on it and really starting to get things together now so we can be a real contender for this championship.
“I was pushing hard every lap out there. I was pretty chilled out at the start. I knew what I had to do. I then just kept my head down and pushed lap after lap.
“Everyone has had their share of bad luck this season. Hopefully we’ve had all of ours and we can get this championship.
"We tested here back in March plus I have heard so much about what it takes to race here that I can't wait to get on track," enthused the 16-year-old Australian. "It's great to be in Scotland and the circuit is very special, not Brands GP circuit special but something very special in a different way."
